If a backup of your website is available to us, this authorizes WPSiteHelper to restore that backup to a public server that you may access for the purposes of logging in to obtain important data and/or transfer to a new website hosting company.

Please note:

• The restored website may not be accessible at the same domain/URL it was available at prior to being archived. For example, it may be restored to restore1.ourdomain.com instead of www.yourdomain.com

• The restoration will be performed no sooner than the next working U.S. business day.

• The restored website may not be fully operational or up to date if there have been software updates and/or security patches released for it since the date it was archived. WPSiteHelper will not remedy these without a prior, separate agreement and down payment.

• The restored website will be available for no more than twenty-one (21) days. Due to the high risk of security incidents for out-of-date software, this period may not be extended.

• If a transfer to new website hosting is requested, the details (domain registrar, login email, password) must be provided to WPSiteHelper within 24 hours of placing this Restoration order. Failure to provide the details within that period will cancel the transfer/migration request.
