This service authorizes WPSiteHelper to log in to your website and/or website hosting for the purpose of diagnosing the extent and cause, when possible, of issues your website may be experiencing.

This deposit is equal to 1 hour of our hourly rate, currently $129 USD.

There is no guarantee that the issues will be fixed, or may even be fixable. Some issues are so severe that there is no choice but to start over. We will do our best to help you avoid that outcome.

Once our diagnosis is complete, we will get in touch to arrange a live Zoom session or phone call to thoroughly explain our findings and recommendations for next steps, if needed. If we are able to both identify AND resolve the problem within our allotted diagnosis time, we will do so.
